Privacy Notice

When you submit a reservation request, the Museum of Gospel Music Institute (MGMI) collects the information you provide — your name, email, optional phone and affiliation, guest details, and any accommodation requests.

We use this information only to administer Threads of Time & Verse: to record your reservation, plan seating and accommodations, and contact you about your reservation and payment.

Your information is visible only to authorized event organizers. It is never displayed publicly and is not sold or shared for marketing.

This site does not collect credit card or bank information.
